Tim is an expert in the development and execution of legal and business strategy in the business rescue process.

Stacey Roux
Business Rescue Administrator

Stacey Roux heads up the business rescue administration department that provides back-office support to our business rescue practitioners. Stacey is responsible for all legislative compliance, formal business rescue filings, financial data administration as well as the administration of creditor claims and queries.

Wiehann Fourie
Experienced Business Rescue Practitioner

Wiehann Fourie holds a BCom Entrepreneurship (Cum-Laude) from the University of Pretoria, a BHons Business Management (Cum -Laude) from the University of Pretoria and is a licensed Experienced Business Rescue Practitioner at the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) and an active member of the Turnaround Management Association of Southern Africa (TMA-SA). Wiehann headed a number of SMME incubations and turnarounds over the last 9 years, with the core focus on financial restructuring, business and corporate strategy, business model design and process optimisation.

Willem Blackie is a Junior Business Rescue Practitioner (CIPC) and a member of the Turnaround Management Association of Southern Africa (TMA-SA). Willem holds a BCom Law Degree (NWU), a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Rescue Proceedings (UNISA), a Certificate in Financial Modelling and Analysis (UCT) and is currently continuing his studies in South African Insolvency Law (INSOL SARIPA).
